So what do the people we've helped say about us .......

"Please if you are looking at this page wondering to make the step absolutely reach out. John does not judge - HE UNDERSTANDS, HE GETS IT! HE IS PROUD OF YOUR FIRST STEPS!! I was so scared I almost lost everything but those first steps are the biggest and the hardest. My hardest step was admitting the problem, John helped me find out the cause which was work and I made changes by getting a new job whilst addressing alcoholism. You also need to talk - don't keep a secret - my friends and family have all been so supportive!!   The new job led to even more positive things and I am now working for my life long loved Company. Dr Shyra led me down this path for sure - if you believe in yourself a positive journey not only will make you feel better than the old you but dreams really do come true!! Stop doubting yourself and reach out to John and Dr Shyra.  Please ask for my contact details if you want to chat - I know how hard it is but its so worth it - life is too short - Alcohol is the enemy - FAMILY is EVERYTHING".
